This ranch lies south if Cripple Creek, Coloado and is contiguous to approximately 50,000 acres of 100% landlocked BLM land. The rugged unspoiled setting lends itslef to very desirable back packing and camping. there are no access raods available to non members through the ranch to the public land. Four Mile Creek running hrough this ranch will yield high quality fishing for native trout including Rainbows, Browns, and Brook Trout. Several 30 inch plus buck have been taken on this ranch with 24 inch buck very common. Elk, Bear, Turkey, Mountain Lion, Big Horn and Varmint are also plentiful on this ranch.
The Bunkhouse & General Camping
The bunkhouse was originally built in the 1880's. It has been designed to provide a comfortable stay. A propane heater and kitchen stove, 12 VDC battery powered electrical system for lights, wood burning stove in the living room are provided for use. Oudoor enclosed sanitary facilities are located nest to the building. Drinking water is available at the main ranch house. reservations are available for members to enjoy the bunkhouse for themselves outside hunting seasons. During all hunting seasons, the bunkhouse is designed to beto all hunters.

Rules & Regulations
1. Do not disturb livestock
2. Keep hunting dogs under control
3. Properly display your RMSA vehicle and
personal identification at all times
4. Keep all areas clean and properly dispose of all trash
5. Obey all laws and regulations established by the Colorado D.O.W.
Parking - Park in designated areas, not on raods, trails or in fields.
Fishing
Four Mile Creek running throught this property has been designated by the D.O.W. as the most productive wild trout stream in the entire state. We work very closely with the D.O.W. to monitor this stretch of water and maintain the high standards we have developed over the years. the following rules apply and the members following these rules have been very critical to the success we have achieved for this stream.
1. Barbless flies and lures ONLY, no artificial baits are allowed
2. Limit of 2 fish per person per day, under 12' or over 14'
3. Catch and release waters are preferred for this stream
Directions
In Cripple Creek, take 2nd street south (Marked to Victor) for 3/10 mile. Turn west onto CR88 (Gravel Colorado Belt Tour Road). take CR88 for 7.4 miles to the main property entrance located at the southern end of the porperty. Go west through the main ranch gate to the second house. This is the RMSA bunkhouse.
