Part-time Technical Support Representative:

General Description:

Provide telephone/e-mail technical support for MHO Networks customers.

Work experience requirements:

• Thorough understanding of configuring and troubleshooing Internet networking for Windows and Macintosh computers.
• Excellent customer service skills

Installer:

General Description:

Installing and repairing fixed position wireless broadband equipment

Work experience requirements:

• Installation of microwave antennas and understanding of wireless data transfer technologies
• Installation of CAT5 cable, including termination
• Familiar with residential and commercial installation applications
• Configuration of TCP/IP on all Operating Systems
• Configuration of Orinoco and Canopy operating systems
• Router configuration and understanding of network configuration and routing
• Familiar with high-speed internet applications
• Extensive roof-top and extension ladder work
• Good customer service skills
