THIS AGREEMENT. made this __________ day of ___________________.19_____, by and
between ________________________________________ (hereafter "Participant")
and Rocky Mountain Sportsmen Association, Inc. (hereafter "Association).
Participant hereby acknowledges that the activities that he/she intends to engage in on Association's facilities, namely hunting, fishing, camping, and other outdoor sporting activities are inherently dangerous activities and that Participant has a risk of serious injury even death.
In the event that you (Participant) are going to participate in equine activities as defined in the Colorado Revised Statutes S13-21-119, the following applies to you (Participant):
"WARNING"
Under Colorado Law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury
to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the
inherent risks od equine activities, pursuant to section 13-21-119,
Colorado revised statutes.
Participant further acknowledges that he/she has been advised of the risks and is aware of the risks to him/her and that participant still desires to utilize Association's facilities as outlined above.

Participant agrees that in return for Association allowing Participant to use Association facilities, Participant:
A). ASSUMES ALL RISK of injury, damage, loss or death and
B). agrees to WAIVE AND RELEASE Association, Its members, agents, employees or legal representatives, and their heirs and assigns, from any and all liability whatsoever and from whatever cause, arising out of or related to Participant's use of Association's facilities, and agrees not to bring or pursue any cause, claim or demand against Association or it's members, agents, employees or legal representatives, and their heirs and assigns, for any loss, damage or injury.
This Waiver and Release shall be binding on Participant, for himself/herself and his/her heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
