This ranch is located south of Carbondale, Colorado, resting on the southern face of McClure Pass and lies adjacent to approximately 30,000 acres of secluded BLM land. This ranch will produce some very good Elk hunting. Deer, Bear and Varmit also abound. There are several roads throughout this ranch providing excellent access for hunting and game retrieval. Corrals are available for members who wissh to bring horses. A bunkhouse is provided on this property for hunting only.

Parking
Park in designated areas, not on roads, trails or in fields.

Camping
This is a big game property only, tent and trailer camping is permitted in designated areas for the various hunting seasons.

Rules and Regulations
1. Reservations are always required prior to visiting an RMSA property.
2. Keep all areas clean and carry of all trash.
3. No loose pets.
4. Do not disturb livestock.
5. Stay out of unharvested or cultivated areas.
6. Keep hunting dogs under control at all times.
7. Obey all laws and regulations established by Colorado Division of Wildlife.

Directions
In Carbondale, at the intersection of Hwy 82 (coming from Glenwood Springs) and Hwy 133, go south 32.5 miles from this point, over McClure Pass to Jacobs Ranch entrance. A special note on these directions; as you come from the south or from the north to this ranch, the gravel road going to Colbran will be very clearly marked on Hwy 133 right across from the property.
