This ranch lies South and West of Cripple Creek, Colorado and is contiguous to BLM land (approx. 50,000 acres). The rugged unspoiled setting lends itself to very desirable back packing and camping. There are no roads within or through the ranch to the public land. Four Mile Creek running through this ranch will yield some quality fishing for Rainbow, Brown and Brook Trout. Deer, Mountain Lion, Bear, Turkey, Big Horn and varmint are provided by this property.
Parking
Park in designated areas, not on roads, trails or in fields.
Camping
Vehicle camping area designated. Back packing and tent camping is permitted anywhere outside of hunting seasons. During hunting seasons all camping is in designated areas only. Sanitary facilities and drinking water are not available.
Rules and Regulations
1. Keep all areas clean and carry of all trash.
2. No loose pets.
3. Do not disturb livestock.
4. Stay out of unharvested or cultivated areas.
5. Keep hunting dogs under control at all times.
6. Obey all laws and regulations established by Colorado Division of Wildlife.
Fishing
1. Barbless flies and lures only.
2. Catch and release waters.
3. Limit of two fish per person per day under 12" or over 15".

Directions
In Cripple Creek, take 2nd Street south (marked "To Victor") for 3/10 mile. Turn west onto County Road 88 (gravel - Colorado Gold Belt Tour Road).
Take Cty Rd. 88, 7.4 miles to main property entrance. Turn west through the main gate and continue to 2nd house. This is the RMSA bunk house. (Watch for designated camping area before 1st house).
